COLLEGE TALK - $25 PER FAMILY
Oct. 3, Sunday 1:30-2:30 pm

SPORT PSYCH/PEAK POTENTIAL CLINIC - $100
Oct. 17, 2010 and Feb. 6, 2011 Sunday 1:30-3 pm

ALL 4 STROKES CLINICS - $100
Sept. 26, 2010 and Jan. 2, 2011 Sunday 1:30-3 pm

START AND TURN CLINICS - $100
Sept. 19, Oct. 31, 2010 and Jan. 9 and Feb. 27, 2011, Sunday 12:30-2 pm

2 DAY CLINIC - $250:
April 2011, Saturday 2-5 pm, Sunday 9-12 noon

WEEKLY SWIM CLASSES - SMALL GROUPS (ave. 12-18 swimmers per group with two coaches on deck)

FALL 2010 WEEKLY GROUPS, registering now:
All groups cover:
Videotaping, technique perfection of all 4 strokes, starts, turns, and finishes; Dryland specific drills (strength and flexibility), goal setting, mental/sport psych training, and race specific training, stories, and FUN!

WINTER 2010 - Jan. 2-March 13, 2011 $545

Sundays, 11-12:10 noon - Group 1 closed to current clients only
Sundays 12:15-1:25 pm - Group 2

PRIVATE/SMALL GROUP SESSIONS:
By appt. only. Contact us for scheduling and for rates.

For all events (including privates), we require a 50% non refundable deposit, and full payment no later than 1 week prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy:
For all events (weeklys, clinics, privates/semi privates) - 50% is non refundable, assuming you cancel with at least 1 week notice. If you cancel less than 1 week before the event, no refund is given. For privates/semi-privates, no show requires 100% payment.
