Katrina Radke, MFT
Katrina specializes in empowering people to be at their best, whether in sports, career, relationships, or life. Her swimming accomplishments include: Olympic Swimmer, 4 gold medals in major international competition, and numerous medals in all international meets, 7 years on USA National Team, Co Captain of US Swimming Team. She has held American, US Open, Italian Open, and Australian Open Records. Katrina swam for Germantown Academy, and UC Berkeley, after beginning her swimming career as an age-grouper in Minnesota. Additionally, she holds 3 Masters World Records.
Katrina has done keynote talks to various corporations, clubs, and nonprofits, including AT&T, 24Hour Fitness, and PeopleSoft.

Ross Gerry, M.Ed.
Ross has coached at the elite level in swimming for over 15 years, including being Olympic Coach in 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. Ross was Associate Head Coach at Stanford University for 10 years, where he won 6 NCAA Division I Team Titles, Coached 16 Olympians to more than a dozen gold medals and several world records. Ross is known worldwide for his ability to teach the latest groundbreaking technical skills in the water, and also has served as the Strength and Conditioning Specialist for Stanford, and Advisor to National Coaches. Additionally, Ross coached at Stanford Swim Camp for 14 years. Ross received his B.F.A. from Boston University, where he majored in painting. He has and continues to exhibit his art work throughout the USA. Additionally, his work is in collections internationally.
